Investor Relations
FY2025 profit of ¥1.18 trillion — and a clear path to ¥1.5 trillion by 2030.
Compass 2030 (羅針 2030) sets Yamato Bussan's course from FY2026 to FY2030 around three pillars:
Transition — scale decarbonization and energy, directing ¥3 trillion into transition assets. Foundation — secure resource and food supply chains against a more volatile world. Reinvention — grow the digital and venture businesses that compound the rest.
The targets are concrete: ¥1.5 trillion in annual profit by FY2030, a 50% cut in Scope 1+2 emissions versus FY2020, and ROE sustained above 12%. Discipline, not just ambition — every yen of growth measured against returns and risk.
